Nineteenth Century Landscapes of Japan

Sebastian Izzard LLC presented Nineteenth Century Landscapes of Japan during Asia Week, opening March 11 and running through March 17, at the 76th Street gallery. The exhibition featured paintings and woodblock prints by ukiyo-e artists including Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849), Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858), and Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797-1861). Sebastian Izzard LLC participated in JADA 2017: An Exhibition by the Japanese Art Dealers Association, JADA’s ninth joint exhibition held at the Fletcher-Sinclair Mansion/Ukrainian Institute, during Asia Week. The show ran for three days--March 11 through March 13. A fine selection of Japanese porcelain from the 17th and 18th centuries was on view. For more information please go to www.jada-ny.org
